At Thrive Fluid Management we take great pride in our extensive, and successful safety program.  Employees take great pride in the work that they do, and as such their contributions to the program ensuring that Thrive employee become safety leaders.  Safety isn’t just a priority at Thrive, it is a value, built in to the core fibre of our company.  It goes into the equipment we utilize, the employees we choose to work with, and deep into our daily operation in the field.  We use inspections (worker, supervisors, health and safety managers), weekly HSE site audits, behaviour based safety programs, and investigations to ensure compliance with our program.

We are proud to run a completely paperless safety program.  All employees and customers have real time access to this program 24/7 from their phones, computers, or tablets making the process of completing safety documents easier and more efficient.

Thrive works on ISN networld, and Complyworks to communicate with our clients.  Meaning our clients have the added security of knowing that our safety program is up to each of their own specific standards.  Thrive is a COR certified company through the ACSA working diligently to adhere and follow the COR standards.
